Platform REST API

Base URL: https://app.conversimple.com. /api/v1 management routes require Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY and are scoped to the authenticated customer. Get and rotate your key in Settings → API. Store it server-side.

The API key value is shown when issued or rotated, not on every settings visit. Plan rotation so services using the old key can switch promptly. Use the Python PlatformClient if you prefer typed methods. The public widget and concierge session endpoints are not a substitute for the management API key. Existing Concierge Voice uses a deployment-bound user JWT to start the browser session and HMAC signatures for the server-to-server hook and deferred callback. Contract. The interactive endpoint reference is generated from the machine-readable reference/openapi.yaml in this docs repository. It deliberately uses the current app origin; the older platform-source OpenAPI file still contains historical hostnames. POST /api/v1/agents currently returns a polling URL with no matching public route, so use the dashboard to create agents until that API gap is repaired.
