# Answer website support questions

> Give visitors spoken answers from approved knowledge and connect specific actions to tools.

Use an embedded ConverSimple agent when you want to add a voice support entry point to a website without building your own answer engine.

## Prerequisites

* A published agent and active widget deployment.
* Reviewed support content in a knowledge base, and an assigned retrieval tool if the agent needs it.
* A support fallback, such as a ticket or callback path, for requests the agent cannot resolve.

## Build the first workflow

1. Create a free-flow standard-pipeline agent. Give it a narrow scope: for example, answer shipping-policy questions using the attached support knowledge base.
2. In its instructions, require it to say when the source does not contain an answer. Do not ask it to invent order status or policy.
3. Attach the knowledge base and retrieval tool. For account-specific answers, use a customer HTTP tool that looks up the account after your own verification step. [Knowledge and tools](/guides/knowledge-and-tools).
4. Test one answerable and one unanswerable question in Quick Test. Inspect the transcript and tool event in the timeline.
5. Create a widget deployment and add the generated snippet to a staging page. Test microphone permission and audible playback there. [Embed guide](/guides/embed-agent).

## Measure the outcome

Track how many visitors received a correct answer and how many requested further help. A completed conversation is not the same as a resolved support issue. Review failed searches and transcripts before broadening the scope.

## Limits and troubleshooting

The platform can create a HubSpot ticket through a configured integration tool, but a flow **handoff** node does not itself connect a visitor or caller to a human. Design a real callback or ticket route if that is the promised fallback. Test real tools with Test Mode off; simulated results are only a rehearsal. See [Browser voice troubleshooting](/troubleshooting/browser-voice).
